كلمة السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي خلال المؤتمر الصحفي المشترك مع السيد” نيكول باشينيان” رئيس وزراء جمهورية أرمينيا: متابعة /فريال مؤمن
عزيزي فخامة السيد ” نيكول باشينيان”،
رئيس وزراء جمهورية أرمينيا،
السيدات والسادة الحضور،
بداية .. أود أن أعرب عن سعادتي .. باستقبال فخامة رئيس وزراء جمهورية أرمينيا الصديقة .. والوفد المرافق لسيادته .. في زيارة تؤكد مدى اهتمام الجانبين وعزمهما .. على تعزيز وتطوير تعاونهما المشترك .. بما يحقق مصالح شعبيهما .. وبالبناء على العلاقات التاريخية الممتدة .. التي تربط البلدين .. والتي ترجع إلى استضافة مصر تاريخياً لعشرات الآلاف من الأرمن .. الذين سكنوا مصر .. وساهموا في إثراء المجتمع المصري في العديد من المجالات .. السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية والفنية.
ويسعدني في هذا الصدد الإشارة .. إلى أن المباحثات التي أجريناها اليوم .. قد أكدت تطلع البلدين .. لزيادة حجم التبادل التجاري بينهما .. والتواجد الاستثماري في كليهما .. بما يتناسب مع المستوى المتميز لعلاقاتهما السياسية .. وذلك من خلال استكشاف مجالات جديدة للتعاون .. لا سيما في مجالات تكنولوجيا المعلومات .. والذكاء الاصطناعي .. والصناعات الغذائية والدوائية.
أكدنا كذلك خلال المباحثات اليوم .. استعدادنا لنقل الخبرة المصرية .. في مجالات البنية التحتية، والإنشاءات .. والنقل، وإنتاج الطاقة .. إلى الجانب الأرميني .. وبحث سبل الاستفادة من الخبرة .. التي تتمتع بها الشركات الأرمينية .. في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي.
كما شهدت المباحثات .. تأكيد أهمية تنشيط دور الآليات المؤسسية القائمة بين البلدين .. لا سيما اللجنة المشتركة للتعاون الاقتصادي والعلمي والفني .. ومنتدى رجال الأعمال .. في تعزيز مسارات التعاون بين البلدين .. خلال الفترة المقبلة .. كما أود في هذا السياق .. الإعراب عن اعتزازنا .. بمستوى التعاون والتنسيق القائم والمستمر بين الجانبين .. فى مختلف المحافل الدولية.
السيدات والسادة الحضور،
لقد استعرضت مع فخامة رئيس الوزراء الأرميني .. الجهود التي تبذلها مصر .. لتحقيق وقف إطلاق النار الفوري .. في قطاع غزة المحتل .. وتحقيق التهدئة بالضفة الغربية .. حتى يتسنى تسوية القضية الفلسطينية .. من خلال الدولة الفلسطينية ذات السيادة .. على خطوط 4 يونيو ١٩٦٧ .. وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية .. وفقاً لقرارات الشرعية الدولية ذات الصلة .. وإحلال السلام والتعايش في المنطقة .. بدلاً من الحروب والدمار والخراب.
كما أكدتُ خلال المباحثات .. على دعم مصر لكافة المبادرات .. الرامية إلى تحقيق السلام والاستقرار .. في منطقة جنوب القوقاز .. ومساندتنا الكاملة للحوار والتفاوض .. كأحد أدوات حل النزاعات .. سعياً لتحقيق السلام العادل والشامل .. والسماح بتدشين مرحلة جديدة .. من النمو والتنمية .. بما يحقق مصالح شعوب المنطقة.
ختاماً .. أرحب مجدداً بفخامة رئيس الوزراء الأرميني في مصر .. وأعرب عن أملي في أن تكون هذه الزيارة .. خطوة رئيسية .. في سبيل تعزيز وتطوير التعاون المشترك .. في كافة المجالات .. بين بلدينا الصديقين .. بما يُثري العلاقات والروابط التاريخية التي تجمع شعبي البلدين.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
In the beginning, I would like to express my happiness to receive His Excellency the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and his accompanying delegation on this visit that confirms the two sides’ interest and determination to strengthen and develop their joint cooperation to achieve the interests of their peoples and build on the longstanding historical relations that bind the two countries. These date back to Egypt’s historical hosting of tens of thousands of Armenians, who lived in Egypt and contributed to enriching Egyptian society in many fields; political, economic, cultural, and artistic.
In this regard, I am pleased to note that the discussions we held today have confirmed that the two countries look forward to increasing trade and investment to be commensurate with the distinguished level of their political relations by exploring new prospects for cooperation, especially in the fields of Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, as well as the food and pharmaceutical industries.
We also confirmed during today’s discussions our readiness to transfer Egyptian experience in the fields of infrastructure, construction, transportation, and energy production to Armenia and tackled ways to benefit from the experience Armenian companies have in Artificial Intelligence.
The talks also highlighted the importance of revitalizing the role of the existing institutional mechanisms between the two countries, mainly the Joint Committee for Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation and the Businessmen’s Forum, in strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the coming period. I would also like, in this context, to express our pride in the level of ongoing cooperation and coordination between the two sides at the various international fora.
Ladies and gentlemen,
I reviewed with His Excellency the Prime Minister of Armenia Egypt’s efforts to achieve an immediate ceasefire in the occupied Gaza Strip and achieve calm in the West Bank for the Palestinian issue to be resolved through the establishment of an independent Palestinian State along the June 4, 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with relevant international legitimacy resolutions, and therefore bringing peace and coexistence to the region instead of wars, destruction and devastation.
I confirmed Egypt’s support for all initiatives aimed at achieving peace and stability in the South Caucasus region and stressed our full support for dialogue and negotiation as tools for resolving conflicts, so as to achieve just and comprehensive peace and usher in a new phase of growth and development to serve the interests of the region’s peoples.
Once again I would like to welcome His Excellency the Prime Minister of Armenia to Egypt. I hope that this visit will be a major step towards strengthening and developing joint cooperation in all fields between our two friendly countries, in a way that enriches the historical relations and ties that unite the peoples of the two countries.
