عقب إعلان نتيجة الانتخابات الرئاسية 2024. متابعة /فريال حبشى
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
شعب مصر العظيم،
أتحدث إليكم اليوم.. وقد غمرتنى السعادة بمشهد اصطفافكم.. وانخراطكم فى صفوف الناخبين.. فى الاستحقاق الانتخابى الرئاسى وهو ما يعد دلالة واضحة.. لكل متابع فى الداخل أو فى الخارج..عن حيوية وفاعلية المجتمع المصرى.. بكافة أطيافه وفئاته ويؤكد على أن إرادة المصريين.. نافذة بصوت كل مصرى ومصرية.
ذلك المشهد الذى تابعته عن كثب.. ويدفعنى لأن أعبر عن عظيم تقديرى وامتنانى لكل المصريين.. الذين شاركوا فى هذا الحدث المهم، فى هذا الظرف الدقيق،
والذى تواجه فيه الدولة.. حزمة من التحديات على كافة المستويات يأتى فى مقدمتها، تلك الحرب الدائرة على حدودنا الشرقية.. والتى تستدعى استنفار كل جهودنا للحيلولة دون استمرارها.. بكل ما تمثله من تهديد للأمن القومى المصرى بشكل خاص.. وللقضــــــــــية الفلســــــــــطينية بشـــــــــكل عــــــــــام..وكأن اصطفاف المصريين.. كان تصويتا للعالم كله.. من أجل التعبير عن رفضهم لهذه الحرب غير الإنسانية.. وليس لمجرد اختيار رئيسهم لفترة رئاسية، فى مشهد حضارى راق تضافرت فيه جهود الدولة – حكومة وشعبا – ليخرج بهذا المظهر المشرف.. والذى لم يشهد أية تجاوزات أو خروقات أمنية.. على الرغم من هذه الحشود غير المسبوقة.
أبناء مصر وبناتها،
أقول لكم بالصدق المعهود بيننا: إننى أدرك يقينا.. حجم التحديات التى مررنا بها، وما زلنا نواجهها كما أؤكد إدراكى.. بأن البطل فى مواجهة هذه التحديات..
هو المواطن المصرى العظيم الذى تصدى للإرهاب وعنفه.. وتحمل الإصلاح الاقتصادى وآثاره.. وواجه الأزمات بثبـات ووعـى وحكمـة وأجدد معكم العهد.. بأن نبذل معا كل جهد.. لنستمر فى بناء الجمهورية الجديدة.. التى نسعى لإقامتها، وفق رؤية مشتركة تجمعنا دولة ديمقراطية.. تجمع أبناءها فى إطار من احترام الدستور والقانون.. وتسير بخطوات ثابتة نحو الحداثة والتنمية قائمة على العلم والتكنولوجيا.. محافظة على هويتها وثقافتها وتراثها تضع بناء الإنسان فى مقدمة أولوياتها.. وتســعى لتوفيـر الحياة الكريمة له تمتلك القدرات العسكرية والسياسية والاقتصادية.. التى تحافظ على أمنها القومى، ومكتسبات شعبها هذه مصر، التى نحلم بها جميعا.. وهؤلاء هم المصريون، الذين يحدوهم الأمل فى بناء وطن عظيم وسأكون صوتهم جميعا.. مدافعا عن حلمهم لمصر وسنستكمل حوارنا الوطنى.. بشكل أكثر فاعلية وعملية مستفيدين من تلك الحالة الثرية، التى شهدتها العملية الانتخابية وهو ما أفرز تنوعا فى الأفكار والرؤى.. ناتجا عـن تنـــوع المرشحين واتجاهــاتهم السـياسـية.
ومن كل قلبى.. أتوجه لكل المرشحين المنافسين.. بتحية واجبة على ما قاموا به.. من عمل عظيم وأداء سياسى راق.. يمهد الطريق أمام حالة سياسية..مفعمة بالحيوية والتنوع.
أبناء مصر الكرام،
إن فخرى بكم.. لا حدود ولا نهاية له واختياركم لى فى مهمة قيادة الوطن.. هو تكليف أتحمل أمانته أمام الله “عز وجل” وأمامكم.. وسيشهد التاريخ به وكم ازداد فخرى، وأنا أشهد بعين متأملة.. جموع الشعب المصرى تعبر عن نفسها
فى المقدمة كان شباب مصر.. يعبر عن نفسه.. وعن حيوية مصر ومستقبلها
وكالعادة والعهد.. تثبت المرأة المصرية مرة أخرى.. بأنها صوت الضمير الوطنى.. المعبر عن صمود وصلابة أمتنا كما كان عمال مصر وفلاحوها.. نموذجا للوعى والإرادة ويؤكدون مرة أخرى.. على أنهم صناع المستقبل، وزارعو الأمل والشكر موصول لجيش مصر وشرطتها وقضائها.. الذين أمنوا وأشرفوا على خروج هذه الملحمة الوطنية.. بتلك الصورة التى استدعت الفخر والاعتزاز.
وفى نهاية حديثى إليكم أؤكد أننى كما عاهدتكم.. رجل مصرى.. نشأ فى أصالة الحارة المصرية العريقة أنتمى إلى المؤسسة العسكرية.. ولا أملك فى مهمتى التى كلفتمونى بها.. سوى العمل بكم، ومن أجلكم لا أدخر جهدا، ولا أسعى سوى لإرضاء الله تعالى، وتحقيق آمالكم وتطلعاتكم.
إن اختياركم لى لقيادة الوطن.. إنما هو أمانة.. أدعو الله أن يوفقنى
فى حملها بنجاح، وتسليمها بتجرد فلنعمل معا، لأجل مصرنا العزيزة وبقوة شعبها واصطفافه الوطنى، دائما وأبدا:
تحيا مصر.. تحيا مصر.. تحيا مصر.

The great people of Egypt,
I address you today, filled with joy and overwhelmed by the sight of your line-up and commitment to the voter queues in the presidential election. It was a vigorous testament, for all observers both inside and outside of the country, to the vitality and resilience of all Egyptians across the vibrant kaleidoscope of society, demonstrating that the will of the Egyptian people is enforced with the voice of every Egyptian man and woman.
This scene, that I have followed closely, evokes a deep sense of appreciation and immense gratitude to every Egyptian who participated in this momentous event amidst this critical circumstance, as the state is grappling with a multitude of challenges across all levels. Those include primarily, this war that is raging on our eastern borders, which necessitates committing all our efforts to halting its relentless advance, given the grave threat it poses to Egypt’s national security, in particular, and the Palestinian issue, in general.
It was as if the line-up of the Egyptian people was a vote for the whole world, that resonated with their powerful rejection of this inhumane war; not just a vote to elect their president for a presidential term. It was a sophisticated and civilized scene, that marked the culmination of the collaborative efforts by the state, the government and the people, to deliver this dignified image, devoid of any transgressions or security violations, despite the unprecedented scope of the crowds.
The sons and daughters of Egypt,
Just as I have always been with you, I tell you honestly: I am fully aware of the magnitude of the challenges that we have faced and are still encountering. I reiterate my conviction that the true hero defying these challenges is the great Egyptian citizen, who has stood up to terrorism and its violence, endured the economic reforms and their impacts, and persevered through crises with steadfastness, awareness and wisdom.
With you, I rekindle the covenant to dedicate every effort to continue, together, building the New Republic that we strive to establish, guided by our shared vision; a democratic State that embraces its sons and daughters, governed by an unwavering commitment to upholding the law and constitution and that moves firmly and steadfastly toward modernity and growth on the basis of science and technology, while maintaining its identity, culture and heritage, making the advancement of the human being its foremost priority, and seeking to provide him with a decent life.
It possesses military, political, and economic capabilities that safeguard its national security and the gains of its people. This is the Egypt we all dream of and these are the Egyptians who are hopeful about building a great homeland.
I will be their voice, defend their dream for Egypt. We will continue our national dialogue more effectively and practically, benefiting from the rich experience of the electoral process that produced diverse ideas and visions, resulting from the diversity of the candidates and their political orientations.
I wholeheartedly extend my due greetings to all the competing candidates for the great work that have done and fine political performance that pave the way for a vibrant and diverse political life.
Dear sons and daughters of Egypt,
My pride in you is infinite. Choosing me for the mission of leading the country is a responsibility that I bear faithfully before God Almighty and before you and history will bear witness to it.
My pride increased as I witnessed the masses of the Egyptian people express themselves, in the forefront were the youth of Egypt, expressing themselves and the vitality of Egypt and its future.
As usual and as promised, the Egyptian women once again proved they were the voice of the national conscience, demonstrating the steadfastness and solidity of our nation. Also, Egypt’s workers and farmers were a model of awareness and will and confirmed once again that they are the shapers of the future, and the sowers of hope. I would also like to thank Egypt’s army, police, and judiciary who secured and supervised this national epic to emerge in a manner that we were proud to see.
As I conclude, I would like to confirm that as I promised you I am an Egyptian man who grew up in an authentic ancient Egyptian neighborhood. I belong to the military institution. In my mission that you have assigned me, I have nothing but working with and for you.
I spare no effort, and only strive to please Allah Almighty and fulfill your hopes and aspirations.
Entrusting me to lead the nation is a responsibility, for which I ask Allah to grant me success in bearing with impartiality.
Let us work together for our dear Egypt.
