السياحة والادارة الرشيدة

ان السياحة اصبحت عمود فقري للدخل القومي وايضا دخل الشركات والمنشاءات الفندقية وكل المتعاملين معها من منظومة الارشاد السياحي .والنقل السياحي .
والمتعاملين من كل الاوساط المرتبطة بالسياحة .
ان منظومه السياحة الشاملة مرتبطة بعضها ببعض كالسلسلة المتشابكة .
وهذا يتتطلب جهدا كبيرا للعمل بانسجام وتكامل وتواصل لاظهار منظومة السياحة بصورة جيدة .
ويتطلب نظم ادراية علمية متقدمة ومرتبطة بالتعليم السياحي والفندقي.
مع الدمج مع الخبرات المتراكمة عند رجال قضوا حياتهم في هذا المجال.
ان وزارة السياحة عليها مسئولية كبيرة ايضا لتنمية وتطوير العاملين بالسياحة علي اختلاف وظائفهم وانشطاتهم .
وايضا وضع خطط ونظم ادارية جديدة .
اولا للعاملين بالوزارة لزيادة الوعي السياحي لدي الموظفين لديها وايضا كل المتعاملين مع الانشطة السياحية .
ويجب ان يفعل دور الرقابة بشكل كبير. ولكن لا يكون الدور الرقابي فقط مقتصر علي الشكل العقابي.
يجب ان تكون الرقابة فرصة للتحديث والتطوار وزيادة الثقة والتدريب والتعليم لانجاح هذه المنظومة الهامة لمستقبل مصر كمقصد سياحي مميز وهام .
وايضا لزيادة الدخل القومي للبلاد.
وايضا لزيادة دخل كل المشتغلين في هذا القطاع السياحي .
الادارة الرشيدة هل السبيل الوحيد للنجاح في كل المجالات.

Tourism and Good Governance

Tourism has become a backbone of the national income, as well as the income of companies, hotels, and all those involved with them, from the tourist guide and transportation system to all sectors connected to tourism.
The entire tourism system is interconnected, like a chain.
This requires significant effort to work harmoniously, integrating, and communicating effectively to present the tourism system in a positive light.
It also requires advanced, scientific administrative systems linked to tourism and hospitality education,
combined with the accumulated experience of those who have dedicated their lives to this field.
The Ministry of Tourism also bears a significant responsibility for developing and improving tourism workers across all their roles and activities.
It also needs to establish new administrative plans and systems,
firstly, for ministry employees, to increase tourism awareness among its staff and all those involved in tourism activities.
The oversight role must be significantly strengthened, but it should not be limited to punitive measures. Oversight should be an opportunity for modernization, development, increased trust, training, and education to ensure the success of this vital system for Egypt’s future as a distinguished and important tourist destination.
It will also contribute to increasing the country’s national income.
And to increasing the income of all those working in this tourism sector.
Is good governance the only path to success in all fields?
