وهي عباره عن دقيق يخلط مع الماء مع قليل من الملح. وتعتبر من اشهر انواع الحلويات الشرقيه.
وتتميز بعملها في شهر رمضان المعظم.
ويبني لها فرن خاص ويقوم بعملها ما يسمي بالكنفاني وهي مهنه يدويه قديمه ومتوارثه عبر الاجيال.

It is one of the most famous types of Middle Eastern sweets and is traditionally.
made during the holy month of Ramadan.
A special oven is built for it,
and it is made by a craftsman called a kunafa maker.
It is an ancient, traditional profession passed down through generations.
